We were the first in North America to have our 4 year apprenticeship
program accredited by NIMS. In addition, every employee receives
training in lean, SPC, and Total Quality concepts. Methodologies
embraced by our employees include: Total Quality Management; Value
Stream Mapping; 5 S; Continuous Improvement; Kaizen Events; Lean
manufacturing; 8D problem solving; 5 Why’s; and Design of Experiments
(DOE).
