At Hy-Level, we are experts at
developing lean reliable processes. Our quality
engineers utilize Advanced Quality Planning methods
along with poka yoke and zero defect concepts. Design of Experiment (DOE) tools
help us optimize our process streams. For all key characteristics, we
establish initial process capability of at least 1.67 Ppk, and maintain
long term capability of at least 1.33 Cpk.
We have established a “visual” factory in which key metrics are posted
within each dept. Our quality teams utilize value stream mapping to
vigorously eliminate waste and 5S tools to sustain the gains.
We are ISO/TS-16949 Certified with a fully equipped quality assurance
laboratory.
