At Hy-Level, we are committed to leveraging our
strengths in technology. For the past decade, we led our industry,
having pioneered the introduction of 32 axis, CNC multi technology into
North America. Since then, we have invested over $20 million in
“advanced” precision machine tools. These
"advanced" precision machine tools provide superior repeatability, while
eliminating labor content. They include CNC Rotary Transfer (Hydromat),
CNC Multiple Spindle (Index MS and Euroturn) and CNC Multi axis single
spindle (Okuma, Traub, Index, Miyano).
From our highly efficient equipment to our IT (information technology)
infrastructure, Hy-Level has developed the systems needed to compete in
the 21st century global economy. We are fully committed to lean and
cellular concepts which dramatically reduce the labor content of our
products. By coupling these concepts with automation, robotics, and
vision systems, we have developed a flexible operation which is truly
world class.
